On 20th October, a delegation of five members leaded by Professor Yuan Xu, Executive President of Institution of Intellectual Property of Law School of Dalian Maritime University visited our school. The delegation was received by Secretary Dan Li and Vice President Kuiguo Han of our school.
Secretary Dan Li briefly introduced the history of our school and the elaborated the development idea of the integration of creation, training, research and exploitation from the aspects of patent management, talent cultivation, theoretical research and social service.
Vice President Kuiguo Han introduced the high-value patent cultivation program, talent training programs and the construction of big data laboratory, as well as the construction of TISC.
Professor Yuan Xu also made an introduction of the Institution of Intellectual Property of Dalian Maritime University and the TISC of High-Tech Industry Development Zone of Dalian.
During the meeting, the two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on specific issues such as the construction of minor courses and micro specialty of intellectual property, TISC funding preparation, service mechanism, database construction, patent information analysis service, etc. At the same time, both sides agreed that in the future, they should strengthen communication and cooperation in talent introduction.
