On October 19, 2021, at the invitation of the Jiangyin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the Science and Technology Bureau and the Qingyang Town Government, the Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) of Jiangsu University organized relevant experts and professors from the School of Materials, Electrical Engineering and Intellectual Property School of Jiangsu University to participate Qingyang branch of the 31st Jiangyin Science and Technology Festival. Relevant leaders from Jiangyin Market Supervision Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau, Qingyang Town Government, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing Institute of Technology and other universities and colleges, experts and professors, and representatives of wire and cable companies also attended the event. Zhenhai Qiu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Qingyang Town, first extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Jiangsu University Technology and Innovation Support Center and Jiangsu University experts. Zhenzhen Bao from the Technology and Innovation Support Center of Jiangsu University and Yongliang Wang, director of the Qingyang Town Market Supervision Bureau, jointly opened the release ceremony of the patent navigation analysis results of the wire and cable industry. The Technology and Innovation Support Center of Jiangsu University was commissioned by the Jiangyin Market Supervision Bureau and the Qingyang Town Government to conduct in-depth field investigations around the development status of the wire and cable industry in Qingyang Town. On the basis of the preliminary investigation, using patented big data technology and analysis and retrieval methods, the wire and cable industry patent navigation analysis was carried out around the fields of home appliance cables, new energy automobile cables, wind power cables, rail transit cables, and nuclear power cables. From the aspects of industrial layout, technical hotspots, key research and development directions, and talent team introduction, it gives suggestions on the path of Qingyang Town’s industrial development, helping Qingyang Town’s wire and cable industry structure optimization, and guiding enterprise technological innovation and green and healthy development. The navigation results conference was unanimously recognized and affirmed by leaders, experts, professors and entrepreneurs at the conference.
Professor Haixia Liu, deputy dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Jiangsu University, and Professor Ning Yang of the School of Electrical Engineering introduced the specialty achievements of Jiangsu University respectively, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the business personnel attending the conference, and reached preliminary cooperation intentions on specific projects. Subsequently, Kuiguo Han, deputy dean of the School of Intellectual Property of Jiangsu University, and Feng Liang, the mayor of Qingyang Town, signed a strategic cooperation agreement between the School of Intellectual Property of Jiangsu University and the Qingyang Town Government. In the future, a full range of intellectual property innovation cooperation will be carried out around the key industrial areas of Qingyang Town.
