The lecture was presided over by Ye Yunxia, vice president of the Institute of Micro-Nano Optoelectronics and Terahertz Technology, and attended by all members of the Institute.

Han Kuiguo, vice dean of the School of Intellectual Property, gave a detailed explanation on how to write a high-quality disclosure letter, the school's intellectual property system, and the requirements of the school's patent management process.
