On January 19, the State Intellectual Property Office held a seminar on the construction of a national intellectual property training base in a combination of online and offline ways. More than 100 industry leaders and experts from the intellectual property offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, as well as national intellectual property training bases attended the meeting, which was presided over by Cao Hongying, a first-level inspector of the Personnel Department of the State Intellectual Property Office.

Professor Tang Heng, Dean of the Institute, made a typical speech and introduced that the National Intellectual Property (Jiangsu) Training Base adheres to the unique development model of "integration of intellectual property production, education, research and application" in China, and actively carries out theoretical innovation, practical research, and training of characteristic talents. The characteristics and experience of high-level social service reported on the preparation of demonstration materials, the positioning and construction path of the construction of the national intellectual property professional degree, the organization of national expert seminars and the development suggestions, the analysis of the new situation, new tasks and new requirements faced by the work of the base, and the planning of the next stage of key work, emphasizing the high-quality development of the construction of the intellectual property professional degree talent training system, and building a characteristic brand of intellectual property talent training of Jiangsu University.
