In the afternoon of 12 June, the School of Intellectual Property organized all the teachers and students to attend the open class of "Intellectual Property Management" lectured by Professor Tang Heng.
In the open class, Tang Heng briefly reviewed the main contents of the course from six aspects, including Introduction to Intellectual Property Management, Patent Management, Trade Secret Management, Trademark Management, Copyright Management, and Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Norms. He systematically explained the core issues of intellectual property management, such as why manage, how to manage and what to manage. In view of the different stages of the standardised management of intellectual property rights in enterprise operation, such as project, research and development, procurement, production and service, merchandising and after-sale, students reported the learning results in groups in a simulated way, and Tang Heng commented on them one by one.
All the teachers and students of the School of Intellectual Property further improve the teaching level of the teachers and enhance the professional knowledge of the undergraduates by participating in the open lectures.
The course "Intellectual Property Management" aims to train students to master intellectual property theory and professional knowledge of patent, trademark and copyright, and to have the basic professional skills to engage in intellectual property service and management in intellectual property agencies, enterprises and institutions.
