On August 24th, the 2nd National Intellectual Property Intelligence Academic Exchange Conference hosted by China Invention and Patent (Journal of Intellectual Property Intelligence) Magazine and Intellectual Property Publishing House Innovation Research Institute (Intellectual Property Intelligence Research Centre) was successfully held in Beijing, and Prof. Tang Heng, Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch, School of Intellectual Property, Jiangsu University, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech.

Professor Tang Heng started to share his views on ‘Developing New Productivity according to Local Conditions: Patent Information Enabling Methods and Realisation Paths’, starting from the relationship and role of intellectual property rights (IPRs) and new productivity, clarifying that IPRs provide technological supply and institutional guarantee for new productivity, and then interpreting the enabling role of patent information for new productivity from the characteristics and analysis methods of patent information, and finally discussing in depth from multiple perspectives on the development path of new productivity enabled by patent information, combined with the theoretical research and the practice of building IPDataX technology and innovation big data platform. Finally, combining with the team's theoretical research and the practice of IPDataX technology and innovation big data platform construction, we will have an in-depth discussion on the development path of new quality productivity empowered by patent information from multiple perspectives.
