She is the Dean of the School of Intellectual Property, the Director of Jiangsu Intellectual Property Research Center, the Executive Director of the Institute of New Structural Economics & Intellectual Property. She was a visiting scholar of Penn State University and the University of Nevada in the United States.
She engaged in research on the theory and method of intellectual property management and scientific and technological innovation management for a long time. In recent years, she has actively expanded the cross research of intellectual property and new structural economics, trying to enrich and expand the research on intellectual property management.
She has presided over and undertaken more than 50 national, provincial and ministerial level projects, such as projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Soft Science Research Project, National Key R&D Project, and major projects of China National Intellectual Property Administration.
She took the lead in researching intellectual property management standardization in China. The national standard GB/T 1.1-2009 Enterprise Intellectual Property Management, which has been adopted and implemented by more than 20,000 enterprises in China, was developed based on her research results.
She has published more than 30 papers in China Soft Science, Science and Technology Management, Scientific Research Management, and other journals. Also, she formed the Sanjiang Intellectual Property International Forum, which has become an influential forum brand in China.
