In combination with the college's "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" career development plan, the college should closely follow the "Three Breakthroughs" goal, and earnestly do the following three aspects of work: first, it should focus on planning goals, systematically plan and implement them step by step, scientifically set annual development goals, and strive to achieve the goals instructed by the leaders at the ministerial level this year, We will comprehensively consolidate the basic work of top journals and major achievements in social science. Second, we will strive to promote the construction of disciplines and specialties, build a master's and doctoral interdisciplinary site of "intellectual property and green innovation", take the lead in promoting the construction of national intellectual property master's sites, and strive for the first batch. The third is to promote the management of Intellectual Property around high-quality values, and make overall arrangements for ensuring the quality of teachers. She finally stressed that 2022 is a key year for the development of the college. It is necessary to focus on "strengthening patents, strengthening scientific research, cultivating characteristics and revitalizing the college", and the whole faculty of the college should work hard to promote the rapid development of the college.

Later, Zhao Guanbing, vice president of the Institute of Intellectual Property, made a detailed deployment around the instructions of the leaders at the ministerial level, the application of national social science achievements, the National Social Science Foundation, the Jiangsu Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Achievement Award, the construction of carrier platforms, the secretariat of intellectual property master's degree, curriculum construction, research feature planning and other aspects.
