In the afternoon of March 29, the Institute of Intellectual Property organized a special working conference on style building in 2022 in Z506 conference room, which was chaired by Li Dan, secretary of the directly affiliated party branch, and attended by all members of the branch committee and department heads.

The first topic was learned at the meeting. Later, Li Dan made a brief summary of the work style in 2021, and deployed the college's work style construction in 2022. She stressed that the issue of work style is a major issue related to the life and death of the Party, which is essentially a matter of Party spirit. If we do not do a good job in building the style of work, it will lead to the inadequate implementation of the Party's principles, policies and lines, and the Party's creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness will continue to decline.

In the end, she put forward three requirements for management cadres. First, we should strengthen the sense of responsibility, establish a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, which is not only an ideological awareness and realm, but also a manifestation of ability and level. The second is to strengthen the awareness of the overall situation. To raise the level of thinking and lower the level of implementation, we should think, plan and promote from an objective and fair perspective, from a perspective conducive to the development of the school and the college, and from the perspective of the needs of teachers and students. Third, strengthen the sense of responsibility. Leading cadres should focus on implementation, go to the front line to learn about the situation, and find a breakthrough in the work from the problems most reported by the masses. The settled matters should be implemented vigorously, and the deployed work should be supervised and inspected, and the daily management, supervision and inspection work should be done well both during and after the event.
