In the afternoon of May 5, a delegation led by Zhai Chunhui, Director of Zhenjiang Intellectual Property Bureau, came to the Institute of Intellectual Property to investigate and exchange industrial patent navigation. Tang Heng, President of the Institute of Intellectual Property, Li Dan, Secretary of the Institute, Han Kuiguo, Vice President, Zhao Guanbing, and members of the project team participated in the investigation.

At the meeting, Tang Heng, on behalf of the College, welcomed the delegation from Zhenjiang Intellectual Property Office to the College for guidance and exchange, and briefly introduced the work related to intellectual property big data analysis and industrial patent navigation; Li Dan, on behalf of the patent navigation research group of high-performance materials industry, introduced the overall progress of the project; Bao Zhenzhen made a mid-term report on the specific implementation and phased achievements of the project, and then both parties had a full exchange on the orderly progress of the project in the later period.

Zhai Chunhui fully affirmed the outstanding contribution made by the Intellectual Property Institute to the development of Zhenjiang's intellectual property cause. With regard to the "Patent Navigation of Zhenjiang High Performance Materials Industry" project, he emphasized that the project is an important means to promote the construction of a strong city with strong industries in Zhenjiang and optimize the layout of "four clusters and eight chains". The project team should attach great importance to the project. It should equip, strengthen and optimize high-level researchers. It should adhere to the forward-looking, adaptive and application-oriented research orientation, and serve, safeguard and promote the industrial development of Zhenjiang through project research. He also stressed that in the later stage, the project should combine theory with practice, and focus on the actual situation of Zhenjiang industry and the actual needs of enterprises to carry out follow-up work.
