Recently, the Office of the State Intellectual Property Office announced the list of winners of the "12th National Intellectual Property Excellent Investigation and Research Report and Excellent Soft Subject Research Results" solicitation activity, and the research report on "Research on the Demonstration and Cultivation Carrier of Intellectual Property Professional Degree Setting" completed by Professor Tang Heng, Associate Researcher Li Dan and Professor Song Donglin of the School of Intellectual Property of Jiangsu University won the first prize.

Based on the background and significance of the cultivation of high-level intellectual property talents in China, the research on the cultivation of intellectual property talents in China's colleges and universities in terms of discipline system, training hierarchy, teaching and research institutions, On this basis, the feasibility analysis of the establishment of intellectual property professional degrees and the construction of training carriers in China are further put forward for the key elements of talent training such as the teaching staff, with reference to the establishment of foreign intellectual property professional degrees and the characteristics of training.

The "12th National Intellectual Property Excellent Investigation and Research Report and Outstanding Soft Subject Research Results Solicitation Activity" was organized by the State Intellectual Property Office, and a total of 205 works were selected, and the entries came from relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, local intellectual property offices, universities, scientific research institutes and other units, and the content of the works involved the basic legal system of intellectual property, the high-quality development of intellectual property, the establishment of professional degrees in intellectual property, and the assistance of intellectual property rights protection. According to the selection criteria and procedures, the State Intellectual Property Office selected a total of 45 award-winning works, including 10 first prizes, 15 second prizes and 20 third prizes.
