On January 6, the School of Intellectual Property held the 2021 year-end report meeting in the conference room of Huizhi Company's office building. Ding Jianning, member of the Standing Committee of the University Party Committee and Vice President, attended the meeting for guidance. All the faculty of the School of Intellectual Property Rights attended the meeting, which was presided over by Li Dan, secretary of the directly affiliated party branch.

At the meeting, Tang Heng, the dean, made a year-end report on behalf of the college leadership. She highly summarized the characteristic highlight work of the Institute of Intellectual Property in 2021, reported in detail the integration and development ideas of the Institute's innovative "3356" party building work system and the "industry, education, research and application" integrated work mode, made a series of achievements in patent management, base training, discipline construction, scientific research, talent team, internationalization, etc., and put forward the work ideas and prospects for 2022.

Ding Jianning emphasized in his summary speech that in 2021, the Institute of Intellectual Property Rights has made good achievements in party building and career development, but the achievements belong to the past. In the future, the Institute of Intellectual Property Rights should closely follow the two key words of "innovation" and "standardization" to plan the characteristic development of intellectual property rights. He proposed that, first, we should focus on "standardization", do a good job in designing the integrated development system of colleges, centers and operations, promote the innovation of classified management, refined management and integrated management mechanism, and achieve standardized development, standardized guidance and standardized guarantee. Second, we should further improve the patent management system, innovate the management system and mechanism, focus on the construction of agricultural machinery big data platform, and strive to build the platform into a provincial and even national demonstration platform to help promote the development of the school. The third is to explore and innovate the "X+intellectual property" working mode, fully integrate intellectual property into the school discipline construction, scientific research, scientific and technological innovation, industrial development, etc., and have a certain voice in the national intellectual property talent training and scientific research.

Subsequently, the leading group members and faculty members of the College respectively reported their work and carried out annual classified assessment of faculty members. Finally, Tang Heng pointed out in his concluding speech that 2021 is a key year for the development of the college. The college has made great progress in party building, patent management, scientific research and teaching, and the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the college's teachers have been further enhanced. In the future, the majority of teachers and staff must base themselves on the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" development plan, make major breakthroughs in the construction of big data laboratories and landmark scientific research achievements, and draw a beautiful blueprint for the development of the intellectual property college.
