At the meeting, Tang Heng, Dean of the Institute of Intellectual Property Rights, reported the development history, basic situation, development status, development planning and other contents of the Institute. Li Dan, Zhao Guanbing and Han Kuiguo respectively made supplementary reports on Party building, talent introduction, discipline construction, patent management, etc. Li Hong affirmed the achievements of the Institute of Intellectual Property Rights in recent years. She pointed out that the Institute of Intellectual Property Rights has developed from a department under the Science and Technology Department into a physical operation institute, creating a working system of "integration of production, teaching, research and use" of intellectual property rights, which is a microcosm of Jiang's initiative and innovation. She stressed that in the future, the Institute of Intellectual Property Rights should do a good job in the following aspects: First, it should further closely combine the "095" project of the University, focus on agricultural machinery and equipment, strengthen counterpart services, and increase patent transformation in the field of agricultural machinery; Second, we should expand the internationalization work and expand the international influence of intellectual property rights of Jiangsu University; Third, we should strengthen the orientation of social services, focus on the school's central work layout, do a good job in the construction of big data platforms, and create the characteristics of "patent+agricultural machinery"; Fourth, according to the provincial patent transformation assessment requirements, give play to the role of policy guidance, strengthen the linkage with the Science and Technology Department, stimulate teachers' enthusiasm, and improve the level of patent transformation; Fifthly, based on the role of the college, we should make an overall plan for discipline construction, teaching, scientific research, think tank research, social services and other work, innovate the system and mechanism, make good use of internal resources, and focus on solving the talent problem.
