On the afternoon of April 17, Researcher Qiuyun Zhao, Director of the Domestic Development Cooperation Department of the Institute of New Structural Economics of Peking University and assistant to the Dean of the School of Intellectual Property of New Structural Economics, held Lecture on "Interpretation of New Structural Economics".
Researcher Zhao introduced the evolution of economic theory and the internal logic of the emergence of new structural economics. He sorted out the development context of new structural economics and focused on explaining the basic connotation and theoretical framework of new structural economics. He also proposed "one context, two books, three lectures" to understand the specific methods of new structural economics.
In the interactive communication session, Researcher Zhao patiently discussed and answered the questions which were asked by teachers and students. He used vivid and humorous language to express the original boring economic theories with vivid metaphors such as "structure tree" and "eating steamed buns", which drew applause from the students.
After the lecture, teachers and students expressed that they learned that the new structural economics, as China's first independent innovation economic theory, is extensive and profound. And his lecture has a great effect on personal learning and research.
