Recently, a training event for young and promising technologists in Zhenjiang was successfully held at Jiangsu University, organized by the Zhenjiang City Science and Technology Association and hosted by the Intellectual Property College of Jiangsu University. Promising young technologists who had been selected for provincial and municipal talent programs gathered at Jiangsu University for a two-day intensive training session. Members of the Zhenjiang City Science and Technology Association, including Vice-Chairman Zhai Hai, and Liu Wenjian, Head of the Society Department of the Zhenjiang City Science and Technology Association, attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Vice Dean Han Kui of the Intellectual Property College of Jiangsu University.

The training program includes several modules, such as knowledge sharing among experienced professionals, in-depth theoretical learning, expert lectures, and practical training. It aims to provide young technology professionals with a thorough understanding of Xi Jinping's important thoughts on young technology personnel, and to allow them to listen to a lecture by Professor Tang Heng, a member of the National Intellectual Property Expert Consultation Committee, on "Leveraging Intellectual Property to Enhance New Quality Productivity and Promote High-Quality Development." The program also includes an invitation for outstanding individuals to share their experiences and insights, strengthening their theoretical foundation and fostering innovation.

Young tech talent are crucial for driving social progress and development. To accelerate the growth of young tech professionals, the city of Zhenjiang has implemented the "Zhenjiang Young Tech Talent Cultivation Project" since 2020, providing a pathway for young tech workers to achieve their goals. This training program is designed as a platform for young tech professionals across the city to exchange and learn from each other, strengthening their sense of responsibility and contributing to the high-quality development of the region by fostering innovation and providing a source of youthful energy.
