Introduction: Feng Xiaoqing is a second level professor, doctoral supervisor, national key discipline leader in intellectual property law, and director of the Intangible Asset Management Research Center at China University of Political Science and Law. Doctor of Law of Peking University, post doctor of law of Renmin University of China. Serving concurrently as Vice President of the China Intellectual Property Law Research Association and Vice Chairman of the China Intellectual Property Research Association, Researcher at the Judicial Protection Research Center for Intellectual Property of the Supreme People's Court, Expert at the Online Dispute Resolution Center of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and Expert at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Hosted two major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, published more than ten monographs such as "Theory of Interest Balance in Intellectual Property Law" and "Philosophy of Intellectual Property Law", and published over a hundred papers in CSSCI journals such as "Legal Research" and "Chinese Law". Selected as a "Young Expert with Outstanding Contributions" in the National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project, a cultural expert and "Four Batches" talent, and a leading talent in philosophy and social sciences under the National "Ten Thousand Talents Plan".
