On January 14, the IP College held its 2025 annual performance review meeting, with all faculty and staff attending. The meeting was chaired by Tang Heng, the Party Secretary directly under the college.

At the meeting, College President Zhao Guanbing, on behalf of the leadership team, delivered an annual work report, providing a comprehensive summary of the progress made in the past year in terms of Party construction, teaching and research, talent cultivation, and social services. He particularly noted in his report that the achievements of the college were the result of the wisdom and hard work of all faculty and staff. Looking ahead to the new year, he encouraged all teachers, especially young faculty, to bravely innovate, deepen their expertise, and actively produce prominent results, collectively adding new brilliance to the development of the college.

In her concluding remarks, Tang Heng fully affirmed the solid achievements of the College in 2025 and expressed gratitude for everyone's efforts. She emphasized that 2026 is the starting year of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" and a critical period for the College to deepen the construction of its specialized characteristics. Facing the new stage, she put forward two hopes: First, to elevate the strategic stance, seize opportunities, and proactively align with national strategies and the university's development layout, striving for breakthroughs in high-end outcomes and platforms; Second, to focus on distinctive features, strengthen the connotation, and continuously deepen the cross-fusion of "Intellectual Property +", build a strong faculty team, enhance educational quality and innovative efficiency, and make greater contributions to building a strong intellectual property nation.

At the meeting, all faculty and staff conducted individual self-evaluations sequentially regarding their work this year.
