Recently, the 11th Intellectual Property Difficult Case Symposium was successfully hosted by our college. This event was organized by the Zhenjiang Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Intellectual Property Bureau), with over 140 staff members from the Zhenjiang Municipal Market Regulation System and relevant member units of the Zhenjiang Municipal Intellectual Property Collaborative Protection engaging in in-depth exchanges and discussions on hot and difficult cases in the field of intellectual property.

Zhai Chunhui, Deputy Director of the Zhenjiang Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and Director of the Zhenjiang Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau, attended the event and delivered a speech, emphasizing the profound significance of the symposium and encouraging participants to think actively and participate enthusiastically, making full use of this opportunity for exchange and learning.

Han Kuiguo, Vice Dean of the School of Intellectual Property at Jiangsu University, attended the seminar and introduced the integrated industry-academia-research-application model of intellectual property at Jiangsu University, as well as the cultivation of intellectual property talent. He wished the event a complete success.

The case seminar was divided into five topics, covering criminal, civil, administrative, and other types of intellectual property cases. Participants engaged in 热烈 discussion around the facts of the cases, legal applications, and judicial reasoning. Each case followed the process of "introduction—exchange and discussion—expert comments," ensuring the depth and effectiveness of the discussions.

This symposium, through the analysis and exchange of real cases, not only deepened the understanding of attendees regarding the application of intellectual property law, but also laid a solid foundation for improving the intellectual property collaborative protection system in Zhenjiang City and promoting the enhancement of intellectual property protection capabilities.
